IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND A COURSE
I f you are unable to attend a Advanced MarketPlace instructor-led training course for which you
have registered, you may send a substitute free of charge. I f you cannot send a substitute
or otherwise need to cancel your class registration, please provide written notice to the
Advanced MarketPlace Training Coordinator via e-mail at sales@advancedmarketplace.com. Cancellation requests received by Advanced MarketPlace 10 days or more prior to
the class star t date will receive full credit for another class of equal or lesser value. Credit
is not available for cancellation requests received by Advanced MarketPlace nine or fewer days
before the class star t date.
WILL Advanced MarketPlace EVER NEED TO CANCEL A CLASS?
inclement weather, or other events beyond our control. In the unlikely event a Advanced MarketPlace class is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to
receive a full refund of your registration fees or credit for another class. Advanced MarketPlace
will not be responsible for any cancellation cost to you including travel expenses and hotels.
