(Tampa, FL) January 17, 2011 - Advanced MarketPlace (www.AdvancedMarketPlace.com), a leading national provider of IT Service Desk, IT Asset Management, and Endpoint Management solutions, has been selected to be part of General Dynamics Information Technology, a business unit of General Dynamics (GD), team for the recently awarded FBI $30 billion Information Technology Supplies and Support Services (ITSSS) contract.
The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity FBI IT Triple S contract, the largest in the Bureau’s history, is available for use throughout the Justice Department with a $30 billion ceiling, the FBI announcement said. AMP partnered with General Dynamics, who is one of 46 prime contractors named. This contract will provide the FBI a vehicle through which it and all agencies within the US Department of Justice may procure information technology-related goods and services over the next eight years.

The services AMP can provide via General Dynamics include hardware and software operations and maintenance, server maintenance, hardware configuration, database management, critical infrastructure protection, network security and risk and vulnerability management.
