We are currently talking with people who have proven Hewlett-Packard (HP) BSM delivery expertise in the Business Availability Center or Operations Manager Center product suites, an active government clearance and who are interested in working in Washington, D.C. We are looking to fill a number of roles for an enterprise-wide solution deployment across the HP BTO product suite.
The following is a description of the skill set our ideal candidate will have:
- He or she has proven ability to support the design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise-wide HP BTO hardware and software solutions at the functional module level.
- He or she has the ability to support development of cultural change management materials and customer training. Provides technical input into business case analyses and supports analysis of technical alternatives.
Candidate will possess proven delivery expertise in one or more of the following:
- Business Availability Center (BAC)
- Performance Insight (PI) and Report Packs
- SiteScope (SS)
- Operations Manager – Windows (OMW)
- Performance Manager (PM) and Agents
Position Requirements:
- HP BTO Expertise for the product being deployed
- Experience implementing enterprise-wide BTO products (references required)
- Active Security Clearance
- ITIL v3 Foundations certification
Highly Desired:
- Agency access
- ITIL v3 Intermediate or higher certification(s)
